The secret weapon of most successful entrepreneurs isn’t genius; it is a relentless, unyielding daily routine.
A strict routine removes decision fatigue from your brain. When you wake up knowing exactly what your day looks like, you waste zero cognitive energy wondering what to do next. You stop chasing short-term trends and start executing a repeatable system. You do the work, and the work takes care of you.
Whether I was grinding in the trenches of real estate or building my current digital media empire, a structured day has always been the compounding engine behind my success. Here is how I built that system, and how you can apply it to your own journey toward building your own sustainable, high-margin business.
The Routine: Lessons from the Real Estate Grind
When I was working in real estate, my daily routine was my lifeline. It was a numbers game, and the schedule was non-negotiable.
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: The Engine (Prospecting). I started my calls at 9:00 AM sharp. Calling any earlier is rude; calling any later is a missed opportunity. For three straight hours, I systematically called my entire contact list. I called new leads, people who had reached out a year prior during the same lease cycle, owners of properties that had just gone off the market, cold prospects, and more.
12:00 PM – End of Afternoon: The Logistics. This block was dedicated to market searches, matching clients with inventory, and booking appointments.
End of Day: The Recap. I closed every single day by sending out follow-up emails, setting up next meetings, building new ads, and pitching new options to clients to gather feedback.
It was a process. By simply going through the motions of what needed to get done, success became an inevitability rather than a stroke of luck.
What is best about a process is a process can be optimized and adapted.
The Pivot: Applying Real Estate Frameworks to Digital Media

As I transitioned away from real estate into an online business with massive leverage, I carried the exact same operational discipline with me.
My morning routine now begins with a critical leverage hack: working out first thing on an empty stomach. It gets me energized, burns fat, and sharpens my focus. Health is wealth. Follow that with a shower to ensure I am presentable for the camera, and I am ready to dominate the day's primary objective: content creation.
My current business model centers on deep-dive business analysis. I spend my days analyzing what makes companies succeed, why they fail, and decoding current market events—whether it’s a massive corporate lawsuit, a blocked merger, or a disruptive product launch.
I take those insights and push them out to the world via media. Then, I gate my deepest, high-value knowledge behind a subscription paywall. Think of it as a premium, highly brand-friendly model for business intellect. It aligns perfectly with my ultimate goal of becoming a world-class investor, because what do investors do all day? They evaluate businesses.
To scale this media model efficiently, I adapted a brilliant three-part operational framework originally coined by real estate mogul Ryan Serhant: Finder, Keeper, Doer.

The Breakdown: My Current Routine
1. Finder (Top of Funnel)
In real estate, the "Finder" role is about hunting for new buyers and sellers. In a digital media or subscription business, Finder means making content. Content is how you capture attention, build trust, and drive new audiences into your ecosystem. Finder is continuing to build my top of funnel which feeds the rest of my business by making more evergreen content (just like this article!).
2. Keeper (Retention & Product)
The "Keeper" does the work to retain existing subscribers. For my subscription business, this means maintaining the absolute highest standard of value behind the paywall. I am constantly updating my courses to reflect real-time shifts in the market, adding fresh insights, and building new resources, apps, and tools to help my subscribers gain more attention and make more money.
3. Doer (Execution & Scale)
The "Doer" executes the core business transactions. In the digital space, being a Doer means building and optimizing paid ads. Content brings organic discovery, but strategic advertising is how you systematically scale a business to the moon (Trust me, I have learned this the hard way).
Focus on the Inputs, Trust the Compounding Effect

At the end of the day, I evaluate my performance based on my actions, not the algorithm. I cannot control if a video goes viral or if a platform's algorithm shifts overnight.
What I can control is the input:
Did I create high-value business analysis content today?
Did I distribute it across every major platform?
Did I correctly engineer the conversion funnels back to my ecosystem?
When you commit to a daily routine built around high-leverage inputs, you put your success on autopilot. Eventually, your efforts hit a tipping point. The work compounds, leading you straight toward a highly profitable, high-margin business that delivers true freedom while actively serving others.
